Everything you need to know about demolition in Montreal.
The cost depends on the size of the space, the type of materials, and the complexity of the job. Every project is priced after an assessment, in a detailed quote. Contact us for a free, detailed quote.
Removing finishes (flooring, cabinets, countertops) generally does not require a permit in Montreal. As soon as the work modifies a wall, load-bearing or not, or changes how the rooms are divided, the city requires a permit, with structural plans signed by an engineer if the structure is affected. Requirements vary from one borough to another. Kasa Demolition checks what applies to your project and handles the application.
