5. Cookies

Our site uses two categories of cookies:

Information submitted via our contact form is retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 2 years for customer relationship management purposes.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months (reduced default configuration).

In accordance with the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Quebec's Law 25), you have the right to:

8. Security

Our site is hosted on Vercel with mandatory HTTPS. Communications between your browser and our server are encrypted via TLS. Information submitted via the form is transmitted securely to our messaging service.

9. Transfers Outside Quebec

Our service providers (Resend, Google Analytics, Vercel) are based in the United States. These transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable laws. Resend and Vercel comply with current data protection frameworks.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via the site.
