1. Who We Are

Kasa Demolition is a company specializing in residential and commercial demolition operating in Montreal and Greater Montreal, and is a division of Kasa Entrepreneur Général. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Description of your project (submitted via the contact form)

We also automatically collect browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (with your consent):

• Anonymized IP address
• Pages visited and time spent on site
• Device and browser type
• Traffic source (search engine, social media, etc.)

If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity also records how the site is used: clicks, scrolling, cursor movements, pages viewed, device and browser type, with a pseudonymous visitor identifier. This data produces heatmaps and visit recordings. The content of form fields is masked and is not recorded.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your quote or information request
• Contact you regarding your project
• Improve our website and services (anonymized analytics data)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Resend — Email delivery service (Resend Inc., United States). Used to send your quote requests to our team. Data submitted via the form is processed by Resend in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — Web traffic analytics tool (Google LLC, United States). Collects anonymized data on site usage only if you consent to the use of analytics cookies. Policy: Google Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity: on-site behaviour analytics (Microsoft, Azure cloud, data may be stored outside Quebec), enabled only if you consent. Microsoft states that it does not sell this data.
• Vercel — Website hosting (Vercel Inc., United States). Server logs containing your IP address may be temporarily recorded. Vercel Policy.

5. Cookies

Our site uses two categories of cookies:

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key kasa_cookie_consent. To change your choice, click “Manage my preferences” in the footer.

We also count the requests received through the site (form sent, click on our phone number or email address) to measure our results; this count sets no cookie and keeps no personal data.

6. Data Retention

Information submitted via our contact form is retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 2 years for customer relationship management purposes.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months (reduced default configuration).

Microsoft keeps visit recordings for 30 days, except saved recordings and a random sample, kept up to 9 months. Heatmaps are available for up to 9 months.

7. Your Rights (Quebec's Law 25)

In accordance with the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Quebec's Law 25), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data (for analytics cookies: the “Manage my preferences” button in the footer)
• Request the deletion of your personal information
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if you believe your rights have not been respected

8. Security

Our site is hosted on Vercel with mandatory HTTPS. Communications between your browser and our server are encrypted via TLS. Information submitted via the form is transmitted securely to our messaging service.

9. Transfers Outside Quebec

Our service providers (Resend, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel) are based in the United States. These transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable laws. Resend and Vercel comply with current data protection frameworks.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via the site.
