Coordinating post-disaster demolition with insurers in Montreal

Why act fast

Why act in the first hours?

After a disaster, every hour counts. Secondary damage multiplies if compromised materials are not removed quickly.

Limiting the spread of secondary damage

Water-soaked materials develop mold within 24 to 48 hours. Charred structures continue to weaken. Acting quickly limits the extent of the damage and reduces reconstruction costs.

Complete documentation for your insurer

We document the initial state of the disaster, the materials removed, and the areas treated. This documentation supports your claim and helps avoid disputes with your insurer.

Accurate assessment from the start

A thorough on-site assessment identifies what can be salvaged and what needs to be removed. No excessive demolition, no underestimating that creates surprises during reconstruction.

Site ready as quickly as possible

We work methodically to deliver a cleared, documented space, ready for the reconstruction phase as quickly as possible.
