On-site assessment with your loss adjuster
We visit the site to assess the extent of the damage, identify areas to be demolished, spot risks (asbestos, mold, compromised structure), and take initial photo documentation.
Coordination with insurer and permit review
We communicate with your loss adjuster to align the work with your claim. Required permits are reviewed and applied for if necessary.
Demolition work
Methodical removal of compromised materials, securing of adjacent areas, and disposal of debris at certified sorting centers.
Final documentation and handoff
Complete work report, before/after photos, and environmental tracking slips. The space is ready for reconstruction.
